Biography

Professor Colón is a world expert in computational materials discovery and design. He applies molecular modeling and ML tools to characterize materials performance in a multitude of gas adsorption and separation tasks, including energy storage, carbon capture, atmospheric water harvesting, and sensing. His team has developed an AL workflow to characterize gas adsorption and separation processes in materials.
